Ken Hunter is a communications strategist, guiding organizations to growth by developing big idea PR programs that power it, and resolving problems that impede it.

In this role, Ken provides businesses with visions, strategies, and inspiration that advance trust, reputation, and buzz. With deep experience in the consumer, tech, healthcare, and B2B sectors, his work effectively builds relationships, counsels senior executives, and boosts revenue.

He directs:

Ken has more than 25 years of experience in public relations – at agencies in New Jersey, Philadelphia, and Colorado – and prior to that, in journalism at several publishing companies in New York City covering commercial and ski resort real estate and high-yield bonds.

His communications expertise includes consumer products, electronics, hospitals, medical devices, healthcare, crisis, professional services, real estate, technology, government agencies, shopping centers, and non-profit organizations. Ken has worked with industry leaders – including Starbucks, Tempur-Pedic, Dow Chemical, and Sprint PCS – as well as growing influencers and new ventures, including Space Imaging, Wireless Advocates, and Spectranetics.

A member of the Public Relations Society of America (PRSA), Ken was 2013 chair of the PRSA’s Tri-District, encompassing more than 1,300 PR professionals in New Jersey, New York City, Connecticut, and Westchester County, N.Y. He was President of the New Jersey Chapter of PRSA in 2010, served as President of PRSA’s Pikes Peak Chapter in Colorado, in 2006, and is the Professional Advisor to the Rutgers University Chapter of the Public Relations Student Society of America. Ken has won a variety of PR awards from communications organizations.

He holds an Accredited in Public Relations (APR) designation from the Universal Accreditation Board. Ken is an adjunct professor in Seton Hall University’s graduate communication program and is an alum of Syracuse University, in Syracuse, N.Y.
